Welcome to the Hillside Village HOA web site. Hillside Village is located in the Juanita area of Kirkland overlooking Juanita Bay on Lake Washington.

Hillside Village is not a rental or sales agency — it is an association of the Town Home property owners. The affairs of the HOA property are governed by a board of directors, unpaid volunteers who are elected by the association members.

A Hillside Village Homeowners Association Meeting will take place on Thursday, February 2nd, at 8:00 p.m. at the Community Meeting Room in the Starbucks across the street. The address for those who haven't been there is 9721 NE 119th Way. You are welcome to attend.
