QUALIFICATIONS
Lead Line Cooks $13.00-14.50 /Hr. D.O.E. and Skill Proficiency
- We are looking for talented technicians and aspiring sous chefs who have a minimum of 3 years experience in full service restaurant kitchens.
- You must be technically proficient in all line positions and have the ability to call tickets in an extremely fast pace environment. Schedule flexibility is required and some brunch experience is a definite plus.
- If you can produce high quality food to recipe within specified timing standards, while maintaining a positive teamwork oriented attitude, and have the desire to learn the management skills needed to become a sous chef - we would like to hear from you.

Line Cooks $10.00-13.00/Hr. D.O.E. and Skill Proficiency
- We are looking for talented technicians with a minimum of 2 years experience in full service restaurant kitchens.
- You must be technically proficient in 1-2 line positions and have the ability to produce high quality food, to recipe, within specified timing standards, in an extremely fast paced environment. Schedule flexibility is required.
- If you have a positive teamwork oriented attitude along with the drive to master your current position and the desire to learn others we would like to hear from you.
